GENERAL RULES

Active workdays = Monday-Saturday. There will be no updates on Sunday (UTC+7)

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

No deadlines unless stated, but I will actively giving updates on rendering progress every 5 days or less. Commissioners may ask for WIP once per 3 days.

Commissions progress can range greatly from a few days (Bust Up Commission) to months (Fullbody Commission with Background). If you're having problems with my turn around time, you may pay for a rush fee.

Any commission work regardless of the commission type, will be done no more than 3 months from starting day. I will give updates when I’m unable to work for certain days.

You receive 3x free major revision on sketch process and 3x free minor revision on key color process. Please provide all feedback before letting me do revision.

More revisions than stated above will be charged additional prices

Once key colors are approved, no further major changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

I won't draw your character based on explanation only, please give me full reference of your character.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within a month, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

Please be respectful throughout the process. Constantly giving rude/obnoxious commentary, or making fun of me, whether it's for my artwork or my general interests, will have you blacklisted.

PAYMENT

Only accepting VGEN for international purchases, both Stripe and PayPal can be used to purchase. For local I accept BCA, Shopee pay, Gopay and OVO payment.

Payment should be paid fully within 3 days after commission request are accepted.

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

If work has not started and you request to cancel, a full refund will be provided.

If both parties have approved sketch phase and/or I have finished the artwork, such refunds can no longer be done.

If I failed to give any updates or communicate within 31 days from starting day and/or unable to finish the artwork, a full refund will be provided.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

RIGHTS AND USAGE

"Personal usage" the utilization of Work solely for private, non-monetized and non-commercialized usages, such as profile picture, wallpaper, printing for yourself, or posting to social with credit to the artist.

"Commercial : monetized content" the utilization of Work that appeared in monetized platform, such as monetized streams, thumbnail, videos, vtuber models, emotes, channel graphics, music video, album cover or any content that gives you profit off using my art.

“Commercial : merchandising” the utilization of Work such as digital/physical products made for sale, such as prints, keychains, shirts, standees, stickers, and other pay products.

Artist retains the copyright over commissioned work.

Artist reserves the right to terminate work if commissioner violates the Terms of Service.

Artist reserves the right to post the commissioned work online as portfolio, unless the commissioner has paid NDA fee.

Commissioner reserves the rights to request updates from artist once per 3 days.

Commissioner reserves the rights to cancel and ask for a full refund, if the artist failed to give any updates within 31 days from starting day.

BLACKLIST POLICY

Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).

The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

What to prepare :

Clear reference character sheet.

Pose reference for the character.

Purpose of the commission (personal, commercial : monetized, or commercial : merchandising).

Deadline date if you wish to do ‘rush commission’.

Stating that you want to pay NDA fee for me if you didn’t want me publish your commission result at all.

Environment/background photo reference (required if its detailed background)

(Optional) Custom canvas size. If not stated I will go for 2000x2000 px 300dpi.

(Optional) Description of the character traits, lore, likes and dislikes, or character moodboard for better understanding of the character).

Workflow :

Important Artist will initiate the payment by sending invoice to avoid accidental transaction. Do not try to send any kind of payment before I accept your commission

You will receive both the final product in .png file and .png transparent file version.
